Delivery is carried out by DPD Couriers, and is usually within 4 - 7 working/business days. Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays.

Please note delivery times may be longer during busy periods, or due to unforseen delays outside of our control.

Our couriers do not deliver on these dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st (December) and 1st January.

Please Note: In Sweden, all gifts are immediately delivered to the closest pickup point and the recipient is notified to collect. No physical delivery attempts are made. Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The payment system was smooth and easy, the updates from Gift Hampers by email were timely and helpful. The hamper was delivered right on time and the contents greatly appreciated by the recipient.
